Privacy Policy
Information handling and cryptographic key privacy in PubKeySync.
Cryptographic Key Handling
PubKeySync is designed strictly for SSH Public Keys. Under no circumstances does PubKeySync store, transmit, or have access to private keys. Public keys are stored securely in the local database and distributed solely to SSH server nodes authorized with valid pairing credentials.
Server Communication & Logs
When an authorized SSH server polls this server via the /api/sync endpoint, timestamp metadata is recorded to display synchronization activity. No host system commands or sensitive operating system telemetry are stored beyond the IP address and synchronization timestamp.
User Authentication
User accounts, passwords, and sessions are hashed and secured via ASP.NET Core Identity with PostgreSQL storage. Session protection keys persist across server restarts with encryption.
